Cost Engineering:
Our Team of Professional Cost Engineers do their due diligence to study blueprints, with the goal of producing an accurate, totally inclusive capsule of the material, labor and management required to successfully complete a project.
Design/Assist:
We acknowledge the importance of keeping our customer’s bids within budget and work diligently at keeping the construction flow moving. Meisner Electric’s commitment to each customer we work with is to bring the entire reputation and experience of our company to each project. When engaged early in a project, we become true partners with the owner’s design team, carefully seeking design alternatives and construction methods that may improve the project schedule or lower overall costs without compromising system functionality or project goals.
Value Engineering:
Nearly all projects offer the opportunity for improved design either through the use of alternate system choices or alternate processes that improve on site building productivity. Our team of professional cost engineers applies their knowledge to provide a solution that will lower cost or provide enhanced features to the project without compromising safety. Once the cost engineering department reaches these goals, the plans are passed on to the operations team for project build.
