Meisner Electric Inc. has received the Platinum STEP Award from Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) for Safety. 

One of the key indicators in receiving this award is the EMR (Experience Modification Rating).  The EMR is a factor that reflects the safety record of a company and is applied to a company's insurance premium.  A lower EMR rating means fewer accidents and lower cost of insurance. Meisner Electric's EMR for 2010 is .89.
